.
Bryan Abrams was a signal for many…
If you were lucky enough to be tapped into his frequency of care & support , unique Versace lifestyle, and ability to live life to the fullest …
You never left that frequency.
Your life was better having him in it .
Bryan made you feel whole when your world was falling apart .
He was a caretaker of his family , and helped many through the same situations, Including myself.
His explosive personality was felt across industries . Bryan was Ticketmaster before Ticketmaster and record sales . He was a master of personal luxury style . Always seen in head to toe Versace’.
Bryan was a star track athlete in his day., and was always out getting his cardio in up until his passing .
He loved basketball, and held season tickets to the Philadelphia 76ers. Bryan was voted their #1 fan. He was seen court-side every game Spreading positivity cheering in his vibrant Versace fits .
Up until the day he passed, never giving up one thing he loved just because the doctor told him to .
He simply lived his life every day like it was his last .
His freedom meant everything to him after decades of caretaking. A commonality we always bonded over .
Being in Bryan’s circle meant there was nothing that couldn’t be solved over a good risotto dinner and a Bellini.
New York was always the answer. It brought him peace walking through the city . Going from Versace store , to Versace store with his personal shoppers .
Bryan’s , “f*ck them attitude , accompanied by ,
“ always be yourself “
carried many through their journey of self discovery and identity .
His globally recognized Versace collection, love of Italian culture, & personal relationship with the family;
was touched by many amazing friends and trips across the globe .
Bryan assisted in producing a documentary film about the family, and had sole fashion shows with his one of a kind silk pieces.
He was always front row at fashion shows, where he was celebrated for his own unique individuality, and personal relationship with the family.
Bryan checked in with everyone , and never dropped you no matter what you were going through .
To have a man in your life like this, was more than a gift. It was true peace .
Bryan Abrams legacy will live on decades after his passing .
He made people feel seen.
I remember the Sex in the City episode where the designer passed and they all showed up in it .
I’ll be there in my Versace pumps. Paying tribute to an amazing friend and someone who I call family who changed my life forever .
Bryan , thank you for giving us what we were missing in our lives .
Cheers to a beautiful Versace after life ,
